"Worst customer service ever. I’ve gone in twice and unfortunately I always get the same guy, he’s Hispanic, big, glasses. Anyways both times he has made my experiences bad. He doesn’t greet, isn’t helpful at all just overall seems like he doesn’t like his job, he has an ugly attitude for no reason, he’s the reason I won’t go there ever again. They need better employees honestly."
"I called in advance to ask if they were purchasing monitors & asked if I could get a general quote on my device. They said they were purchasing monitors and encouraged me to come in & noted they can't do quotes over the phone. They let me know in person they're purchasing monitors for $5. A $250 new item for $5. They let me know they knew monitors are purchased for very low in the store, premeditated. But when I called, they didn't just tell me outright. Horrible experience. The main staff member was rude. I'm a single parent between jobs and spent my last $3 to travel here on the bus during a 3 hour window while my childcare was covered. Kind of grossed me out how careless they were. Do not recommend. Called around to other shops who gave me over the phone quotes, so go elsewhere."
