"If I could give them zero stars I would I brought a tv from them they cut the tv on with they antenna cable I get home the tv want connect to nothing but that to be a smart tv so I called them and told them and ask if I could return the tv and get another that work to the internet they told me no so they will never will get my business again so make sure if you buy a tv make them do everything to the tv before you leave cause they don't care just want it out they store"

"I mean it's a pawn shop I'm surprised I'm giving them a four, the real reason I'm doing that is because over at the store on Center, the girl with the weird colored hair always takes very good care of me. She probably doesn't play on my team, but she's very nice and helpful."

"I brought a couple of tool items in and there was a young lady at the counter that was asking how much was I looking for and I told her the amount,the man next to her which I assume was the manager cut her off and said we don’t give that much on tools,and the meter I had in a package brand new,he was asking if I had a receipt for it,NEVER been asked that at any other pawn shop in Arlington.He was very rude and nonchalant and his customer service just sucked over all.I didn’t feel like I was in a welcoming place and the fact that he didn’t even bother to look up my items to see the worth made me upset.I will not be taking my business here ever again and I hope he learns to respect and received all customers with a more welcoming attitude."

"This use to be my go to when I get in a bind but I wouldn’t recommend to anyone that really need help to be denied or let down. I’ve purchased way more here then I have loaned and still with this new owner there is no hope. I can tell their going down because they don’t even have as much in store to purchase as normal. Please don’t even waste your time."

"I tried to borrow money on my laptop, that I desperately needed to get to a job interview, and the two women there wouldn't take, it even though I had it pawned there last year and it was manufactured 4 years ago it's not old at all considering Iwas at a pawn shop! I feel like all these reviews were from their friends. Go to any other place but this one if you need to pawn something, because the lady manager there IS NOT GOING TO HELP YOU..."
