"Stayed here for several months…. Pros: Nice manager. Quiet area during week days. Good place to stay long-term if amenities are not what you are looking for. Cons: Aqua Inn has bar music going on weekends that can be heard onsite. Owner not onsite to address issues. Park run by long term residents that avoid conflict resolution. False advertised low band wifi."

"I loved it so so much! The owners so sweet. The pool is a great size. The shower rooms are nice and clean. They have barbecues by the pool for your use, and a park bench and a trash can right by the barbecues. A shaded outside eating area with a tv :O. They have a little park for kids. We are here for work and have been to a lot of every parks this one is one of my favorites. A great price for a perfect stay!!!"

"Originally planned on staying a month cannot beat the price with great monthly rates. Ended up staying for 3 months. Family run and they are all so friendly and treat all their guest like family. We will definitely be back if we are ever in the area. Love the property and how much work the owners have put into park in just the 3 months we have been here. Highly recommended!!"
