"Junior department has rude staff. There is no one at the dressing room to open the dressing room doors. I wanted to try a dress . The young lady came to open dressing room by the time we wore leaving. Male cashier in the pm junior dept walks around only acknowledging customer that are making a purchase and not customers that need assistance. I asked male cashier more than once, in the junior dept to get a sup or mngr but no one ever came."
"Found my dream pair of pants after months of research so I was super excited to get them tailored! Booked my appointment and went in the next day. Met with the lady doing alterations and immediately (within 2 minutes) said she couldn’t help me, that was just the way the pants were made and walked away. I’ve never had someone tell me they couldn’t take in the waist on jeans and fix the length. I definitely don’t plan on going back for sometime, customer service was terrible and I immediately returned my jeans. For the amount of money I paid for them didn’t make sense to keep them plus the bad service."
"Good experience! I have been having difficulties with finding the proper fit with shoes. I went to the Northpark store knowing they carry the largest selection of shoes. Alejandra provided excellent service, taking her time with defining best shoe and fit for me! So pleased! Will definitely be back to see her!"
"it’s so nice to see this Nordstrom thriving and full of great merchandise plenty of helpful staff!! I definitely recommend checking out the women’s shoe section Sale rack. You will find sooo many designer shoes — Prada, Dior, Jimmy Choo, Manolo Blahnik— all significantly marked down!!!"
