"After 10+ years of being a loyal customer at the Griffin Pkwy location, I won’t be bringing my business to this business anymore. Recently my shirts would come with stains caused by them more often than before. On Thursday December 28th at 10:30 am I came to drop off some slacks and shirts. I pointed out stains on one of my shirts they had caused. The young lady repeatedly and rudely implied I had caused the stains. I politely asked her to stop being rude and she just dismissed it as “this is the way I talk” in Spanish. Ownership and/or management should work on improving customer service."
"Ugly dry clean service. The blazer I left to dry clean got it back extremely smelling like some kind a perfume real bad. I'm already sick to my head with the smell on it. Advised the girl I need to talk to the owner. This blazer can not be used any more. It should not smell at all. She said maybe they sprayed Fabreze on it. I said what for are you all not dry cleaning the cloth at all correctly. I'm put money with this item that can not be used any more because of the ugly smell."
"Took my husband's work shirts and they didn't bother to tell us that they had a mishap with a shirt now my husbands shirt is ruined it's completely undone on the side and it looks terrible . stuck in a bind"

"They put a permanent sticker on a new reservable blouse which obviously ruined it. After ten years of being their customer and numerous conversations with employee the owner refused to contact us and we got the run around. Finally told too bad and not even store credit. I will never go here again . If you value your items I wouldn't either"
