"I love how when we walk in the door they immediately know who we are. I had been with my last groomer for years and always had to introduce ourselves. They always do a wonderful job grooming my baby girl. Most impressive though was today when I went to pick up my baby they had actually let her hangout with them until I got there. My baby was actually comfortable with this arrangement and when she saw me she had to go visit each of the groomers good-bye. So happy I was referred to them!"
