"Received a call less than 24 hours before the appointment stating that my groomer was sick and they needed to reschedule. Funny, Petco requires 48 hours notice if you cancel on them but they don't have the courtesy to give you 48 hours notice. People have to alter their own work schedules and take off work just to be able to make an appointment during the day. Completely unacceptable and I'll just find another groomer."
"This is the first time we use Petco grooming, and our experience was wonderful. I was able to get them both in at the same time and were quick to get them checked in. Anthony did a great job with both my dogs and we will book again soon!"
"We’ve tried a handful of grooming salons over the years. This is the first I’m willing to give this distinction, too. They have never once clipped his little mole on his back leg (that is hidden by his fur). They don’t try to upsell me on stuff (which is nice. I go in and extra when I have the time and money) He loves going there, like loves it. He ditches me fast. They groom out front so you can see the dogs, and that means no one is being cruel or pulling anything. When he comes home, he isn't skulking around like he was traumatized either (definitely experiences we’ve had in the past). You can choose your stylist or not. And best for me, I make my appointments online!! I can cancel or reschedule online, and I get texts reminding me about the appointment. Love it! I’ve gone to Fenton and Edwardsville, and they both did really great jobs. This review is specifically for Fenton."
"The lady who handled the services was patient and handled my old dog with a smile and compassion. These folks work very hard with sometimes difficult clients. This is a nice facility. Overall pricing is expensive, so I don't shop the store, but the prices at the grooming service are fair. I have used it many times."
