"I love this part. Lots of great trails and on top of it all the bridge. This is a fantastic place to bring a bike or even just to go hiking. I like to do a lot of trail running. And there is so much to see with all of the rocks and rules. Plus there's a good bit of History here from when it was a military training ground. Each year the Rockford roadrunners hosts the turkey trot. One of the largest in the area"

"There's a outdoor bird sanctuary here open daily and they do live feedings on sat at 1pm not to mention plenty of paths to get work out on was an old army fort/bootcamp/training grounds (I guess)"

"Great Mountain Bike trails. Fast flow-y trails for high speed cruising. Just enough hills to keep building the legs. The river is nice, wish I'd brought my kayak!"
