"It is a ponding area ....but the trail hooks with other trails through the neighborhoods which then ties in with All of the Horizon City Area....when it rains a bit there are thousands of Frogs living under the trees in the center ,,,well they come out singing ...really nice ,,,seen a coyote or too back in the day ,,,,,,I guess its all how you look at it ..:) AND IT IS it SUPPOSED to be on a list for a small park where Ryderwood trail ties in ,,, still waiting"

"Well, to start, I had to do grounds on that pond. Still not finished. Need to prune the trees and make it more presentable to the neighborhood......"

"It's usually dry except on the rainy season go check it for mosquito breeding. They do have a walking or jogging trail. Need to keep it as safe as possible."

"It's only a ditch. Fun place if you're a teen, but there isnt anything to do, no restrooms. This shouldn't be listed on google maps in my opinion."
