"Two months ago our dog had a stroke during her grooming. We never accused the groomer of doing anything wrong. When our dog recovered we called creature comforts for another appointment and the owner was extremely rude to my wife , we are stunned! We took our dog to Creature Comforts for a long time and they made plenty of money from us . Now that we look back the owner never called to see how our dog was doing after she had the stroke. I would think most places would have a more caring attitude towards long time customers. I guess true colors come out . Sorry, but you just lost long time customers !"
