"Disappointing Experience - Mismatched Flowers I recently visited Parijatham flowers to purchase flowers for a special occasion. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Initially, the store staff informed me that they did not have the flowers I was looking for. After some time, they claimed to have found the flowers and I proceeded with the purchase. However, upon reaching home and examining the flowers closely, I was utterly disappointed to find that the flowers I received were not at all what I had selected. The bouquet was different in both type and quality from what I had seen and requested at the store. This blatant mismatch between what was promised and what was delivered has left me deeply dissatisfied with my purchase. It's disheartening to think that the store staff would resort to such tactics, making me question the integrity of their business. As customers, we trust stores to provide the products they advertise and the service they promise. Sadly, my experience at parijatham has shattered that trust. I urge others to exercise caution when considering purchasing from this store, as my experience suggests that they might not be as reliable and trustworthy as they claim to be."

"The items in this shop are good but the management is a mess. When a customer enters the shop they have no clue what to do. No one at the front register. No sign whether wait there or proceed to pick items. There is usually a. Crowd at the back. Once you reach there, there is no line. The staffs keep asking who needs yellow flower, who needs orange flower etc and then hand out the items. Even if u book in Advance, they just start putting things together after u arrive there for pickup. No regard for people’s time. U end up waiting forever! And I have heard the staff complain about the customers. I think first the management should take charge and establish a structure & order in the shop."

"Ram and Ramya the owners are extremely friendly and wonderful people to work with. Ever since the store opened, I have been there to pick up jasmine garland and loose flowers. They have been fresh and I have stored them for 3-4 days looking fresh. Recently, we have a special event at the our house and Ram dropped off the special order of garland and other items midnight, enclosed in ice to keep the flowers fresh. The garlands were very beautiful. Even with pricing, he is very gracious and offered a decent discount on a large order. I will certainly go back to them."
