"I called Billowing Blooms just a couple of days before my wife’s birthday and spoke with Beth who was very helpful. I thought it was too late to place an order for delivery but Beth assured me that it would be delivered on time AND in the morning of my wife’s birthday. I wanted something bright and cheery for my wife’s birthday since we were struggling from the previous week due to our sweet 17 year old pup getting her angel wings. The arrangement was exactly what we needed for uplifting and exactly what I asked for. I had one important request for Beth and that was for one single pink rose (to represent our little pup’s color) to be placed in the arrangement although I didn’t tell her what it was for. Without my direction, the pink rose was strategically placed in the center and at the top of the arrangement (as seen in the pic). Thank you Billowing Blooms for taking such care of delivering a beautiful arrangement that brightened my wife’s birthday."
