"I was craving chocolate covered strawberries so my husband went to get some for me yesterday. He just mentioned to me today he had a bad experience. The old lady at the front was pretty rude to him. Did not even greet him when he came in and just acted like it was an inconvenience. Definitely won’t ask him to go to an edible arrangements again."

"If I could leave a 0 star review I would. I placed an order on the 5th of February for a Valentine’s Day delivery. It was marked delivered at 1pm but never arrived. I called the store MULTIPLE times, emailed and left voicemails and never heard back. I finally called corporate and they submitted a ticket for a new delivery. It was marked out for delivery today and showed an ETA arrival of 12:25pm and then I received a text message that the order was canceled by Uber at 12:24PM. I had to dispute it with my bank because it has been impossible to get in contact with someone from the store. At 4:30PM I received a message from the store via text checking on the “delivery”. I asked for this to be re-delivered and refunded as this was planned since the 5th. Horrible horrible service with no empathy and just ruined something that was supposed to be special. Don’t order from here."

Firstly, the customer service was exemplary. The staff at this location of Edible Arrangements went above and beyond to ensure that my order was handled with the utmost care and attention. They were extremely friendly, accommodating, and genuinely seemed to care about my needs and preferences. The arrangement itself was a work of art. The presentation was beyond beautiful, with a perfect combination of vibrant and fresh fruits arranged in an attractive display. It was evident that great thought and skill went into creating such a visually stunning and appealing arrangement. The taste was simply incredible. Each fruit was at its peak of freshness, bursting with natural flavors that were simply indulgent. The quality and selection of fruits surpassed my expectations. Not only were they delicious, but they were also incredibly refreshing. Moreover, the delivery was prompt and professional. My order arrived exactly when, promised and the delivery driver was friendly and courteous. Everything was carefully packaged to ensure that the arrangement remained intact and looked just as beautiful as when it left the store. In conclusion, I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a top-notch and visually appealing gift or treat. With their exceptional customer service, beautiful and delicious, arrangements and efficient delivery, they have truly exceeded all expectations. "Picked up gift and the grapes were rotten. Leslie took some time and replaced the grapes with more that did not look fresh. I wasn’t pleased with the arrangement. No care and concern was given in preparing the arrangement. Drove along way for disappointment. Not happy with my birthday gift ☹️."

"Fast delivery and friendly staff over the phone but unfortunately did not deliver what was ordered. Edible arrangements is a very expensive service not to have perfectly delivered orders. Substitutions should be communicated to customer for approval before delivery. Nonetheless, substitutions or lack of product with Edible Arrangements shouldn’t even be a thing and are inexcusable. Especially having an HEB and other fruit providers down the road. Very disappointed with the product. My order was supposed to have white and milk chocolate covered bananas - a bunch of grapes was thrown in there instead. I’ll have to go with making these myself or going with non-franchise establishments next time. $60 for what I received below is unacceptable."
