Humble Flower Shop

"my flowers were never delivered to the patient. i was taking care of a patient and wanted to do something kind so i ordered her some flowers from this local shop. i gave detailed and specific instructions for there delivery. i gave the tower, unit, and room she was staying. i made sure to mention she was a confidential patient so i couldn't put her name with the delivery. the flowers unfortunately never made it to her room. i wasted my time and money. i even also placed a note with the flowers stating they were from the night nurse caring for her. quite disappointing. no refund either."

"Flowers are beautiful. The person on the phone was not. I ordered flowers for a funeral which didn't make it in time. No worries, I did not know when the service was going to be so order last minute. My bad. I understand that the system was down, it happens. The person called me after it had started and apologized profusely, super kind right?! Everything was great. I received an automated email same night with an order confirmation for the late flowers. Called the next day just to confirm it didn't go through again. The same person was so RUDE. Called me condescending as I was just trying to explain the situation. Not pleased with the customer service experience. 0/5."

"If you order online, call immediately and verify your order was received. Also, confirm with them their operating hours. I recently ordered flowers for a funeral, received a confirmation and was charged. Day of services, no flowers were delivered. Online it said they’re open until noon on Saturday - they closed at 10a. I couldn’t reach anyone - to say I was furious is an understatement. Between that Saturday and Tuesday, I called 15-20 times and received no response. I emailed and someone finally replied. What happened? My order was misplaced. They were very apologetic and issued me a refund. That doesn’t change the fact that our gift of flowers to our dear friend never made it to her. Happy they fixed their wrong (daysss later) but I will not be a repeat customer. Just verify your order, call them immediately until you get a verbal confirmation don’t just assume your order is confirmed once you receive an email confirmation. This is a “mom and pop” type of florist."
