Our current girl screams in horror when I try to clip her nails, but not when Colleen does that or gives her her sanitary trim and bath. "As a teenager we took my family dog here and they were wonderful! Now as an adult I take my 2 pups here and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! She remembered who my childhood dog was and She even had a specific memory of my Childhood pup to share with me. She is so good with my pups and they always look SO HANDSOME when I bring them home from the groomer! She treats them very well! One of my pups is terrified of thunder and she informed me that when she uses the electric clippers near his ears/head he gets scared, so she switched to scissors in that area to help him calm down and not be afraid. Each time he goes now he gets more and more comfortable with the electric clippers. She takes the time to make sure my fur baby feels safe and she makes sure his haircut looks great! Both of my pups warm up to her immediately when we walk in. 10/10 recommend!"
