"My boyfriend is stationed overseas and decided to surprise me with flowers. I was very surprised to see the bouquet upon answering a knock at my door. However, I was immediately disappointed at the fact that the flowers were already wilted. Soon after, I contacted the florist to communicate my dissatisfaction and requested that he be refunded. The representative that I spoke to was a bit rude stating that they’d just send someone back to my home to get the flowers, but my BF would need to request a refund online minus the delivery fee. I concurred and the driver returned as discussed. Please be aware of the fact that some online floral sites do not allow you to choose your choice of florists in a given area. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this shop."

"My husband ordered my favorite flowers in a vase for our anniversary. They were supposed to be Stargazer Lillies. They were some other kind of Lilly that was spray painted pink. I hope they make a better effort to get flowers orders correct. We will never use them again."

"This place is not worth your time, effort, or money. I ordered online and very specific put that I was ordering for a student at the high school in the order. They never bothered to call me on Valentine’s Day to tell me that it is not allowed at the school. They were very rude and said they never charged my card but my card was charged and they said it was not them and pretty much I had to call teleflora myself and handle it. They knew the school rules. I didn’t and they never bothered to call me at all to tell me they canceled my order so my son’s girlfriend got nothing for Valentine’s Day. This shop is absolutely not worth your money- go somewhere else!!!!!"

"Honestly, they shouldn't even get a rating of 1. I ordered from "From You Flowers" and this is the florist they chose. Strike 1: I paid extra for the flowers to be delivered before noon, that didn't happen. Strike 2: They didn't have the Lily's in the color that was on the arrangement online, nor did they notify me. I found out when I called about the flowers not being delivered before noon. And when the representative(From You Flowers) asked if they could substitute the Lily's in a different color(which was fine), they gave me spider mums and sunflowers. Along with some other cheap flowers to go in the arrangement. Strike 3: I received an email stating the flowers were delivered but didn't arrive till 2 and a half hours later. Strike 4:(if there was a strike 4 in baseball this business definitely receives the OUT!) The arrangement look nothing like the arrangement online. It was suppose to be a full arrangement and we received a half a$% arrangement. This florist should not be in business! They do not care to satisfy the customer nor do they care to make a wrong situation right. As for "From You Flowers" if this middleman can't pick a better florist to go with after the reviews I've read, then they have no business helping people who need arrangements for Funerals, Anniversaries, or to Cheer someone up(or whatever the situation may be)."

"So apparently this place has beautiful arrangements, but the flowers last only a few hours and they also have terrible customer service. Also, if you order from 1-800-Flowers or From You Flowers, etc., for the La Vernia area, your order will be processed through this shop, so beware. Save some money and pick up a nice bouquet from HEB; I assure you it will last longer."
