"Ordered over the phone from this place ,since it was the closest to the funeral home we needed delivery to. We requested a picture to be sent to us once the spray was done since we were unable to attend this funeral being that it was 5 hours away from where we live, but at the same time we wanted to send something to let the family know they were in our prayers. Well according to them the delivery driver forgot to take a picture, not the actual person who made the item in the shop. We paid close to $250 for an item that we did not get to see, nor do we know if it was even made. When I called in to ask about the photo that was never sent, the day the delivery was made, the woman “described” to me what was placed in the spray which happened to be the flowers I agreed to over the phone when placing the order. I am very very disappointed in whoever runs this business for not keeping up with what was promised."

"Very nice people. We went in for a last minute flower bouquet and the ladies were very helpful. They made this beautiful flower arrangement and didn’t take long. We were looking for balloons but they didn’t have any, it was no big deal. We were happy and pleased with the bouquet"

"I ordered online. The arrangement delivered was far from what I ordered and in my opinion far less quality. I called to find out what happened and the lady was defensive and tried to convince me that she used better flowers than what I ordered. I suggested that when there are so many substitutions that it changes the entire order, they should call and that I was very unhappy. She continued to offer NO resolution and I eventually hung up. She already cost me $100 in terrible flowers, I don’t want to also waste my time. I wish I could post pics..."
