"Very dissapointed. I requested a same day delivery and saw the extra fee option that was supposed to be charged when requesting the service, but since I placed the order around 0900 hrs and the portal mentioned a 2 hour window, I thought it was normal that the fee was not included at check out. Anyway, I submitted an order and requested on the notes section to be delivered around noon. I called about 1330 hours and the Customer Service agent ( Alicia) told me the driver already had the order on route and that should be delivered any moment. I asked and the flowers were not delivered by 1430 so i called back. Alicia doubled down that the driver was already in route and mentioned that I may have not given the right address, so anyway she mentioned she will call back in 5 minutes after contacting the driver. When we spoke on the phone a third time she brought up the extra fee for deliveries before noon, and then she mentioned the fact that you have a two hours window to receive an order and deliver...and mentioned again that the order was received and ready by 0946, so made no sense they did not showed up on time OR CALL BACK TO ME TO EXPLAIN THE SITUATION ABOUT THE EXTRA FEE NOT COVERED, ...then she said the flowers were still there and that the driver was heading back to have it delivered before 1800 hrs. and that was my fault not adding the extra fee at the check out , even when your system did not showed any option to do so.... anyway, because of she lying to me about the flowers being out for delivery TWICE and the fact that she tried to make it my fault, for the lack of correct payment options on their portal, I cancelled the order and made the entire experience awful, first time in 18 years that I do not deliver a bouquet on my wife's birthday. Be sure this review will be shared as much as possible. Terrible misleading customer service, no serious business with this company."

"I've never bought a custom arrangement before, and by god I am so glad I found Js! James is a wonderful person and really went above and beyond to make my woman's arrangement pop, so much so I didnt want to give them away and keep them for myself. If I could give more than 5 stars I would, 10/10 customer service and satisfaction."

"Terrible Valentines Day delivery experience. Had to reroute flowers to another location because JS Flowers could not make the delivery to my fiancés place of work before 4:30 PM (which is still late). Isn’t the point of delivery to surprise the recipient and enjoy with colleagues and friends? Extremely disappointed. JS Flowers should invest in adequate delivery resources or cut the orders short. If flowers can’t be delivered by 1 PM cut the orders."
