"Placed order since 9am and order has not been delivered. Called Cedar Hill location, spoke with Alma, and rudely told me “it’s still in office that’s all I know” I asked if she would find out for me and denied my request. I asked if this if this is the customer service she provides for customers that pay a lot of money to their loved ones and she said yes. Then I asked if she would respond the same way if it were someone else, she said “just you” very poor customer service and she should receive better training. Please cancel I will never recommend this place to anyone."

"Had a really bad customer service experience I won't be going back. So long story short I made an order for pick for 930. I called at 940 to see what was going on because I didn't get any notification that it was ready. So a young lady assured me that she would give me a call to let me know my order was ready. Alma the one responsible didn't get there until after that and said my order was ready by 10. I didn't get a call, email, and the website didn't update at all. Came in to pick up my order at 12 10 . And the reason per what the young lady said I must've forgot. I'm not kidding her words exactly. So yea never again."

"I placed an order for a Valentine's Day edible arrangement well in advance, expecting it to arrive by 5 pm. However, it wasn't delivered until after 9 pm, completely ruining the surprise and creating unnecessary stress. To make matters worse, my attempts to reach customer service were unsuccessful. Calls went unanswered, and I was left on hold for over 40 minutes with no resolution. Considering the premium price I paid ($70+), the lack of communication and significant delay were incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful, especially on a holiday known for timely deliveries. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed with this experience. Not only did it fall short of expectations, but it also lacked the basic courtesy of keeping me informed. I would strongly advise against using this service, especially for important occasions."

"Great place and great variety. Only thing I wish to give them a 5 stars is, that the delivery drivers were more courteous and more careful with the product they deliver. If you go get it in person, it’s arranged perfect, when ask to have it delivered, 1 star. And is not the first time I get approached aggressively by one of this drivers. Do they know they drive a company vehicle with decals all over????"
