"As a mom of 4 kids, I used to love coming to this location. Recently, they replaced their old shopping carts. The practicality of these carts ruined the store for me for awhile. I have 2 babies under 2 and there isn't enough room for a toddler and infant. I absolutely had to make an exchange. Carrying items, baby and toddler out of the store because the wheels to the carts lock at the door was a major inconvenience. The new carts look very nice but aren't family friendly."
"Shopped there with my mom yesterday we had a very attentive sales person who helped her get a specific sweater to her liking since she's an older adult her preferences are (very specific) anyway things were much smother once she started helping her, didn't get her name but next time I see her she will be my number one "go to sales person!!""
"Attempted to puchase and trade in soda stream cylinder. They told me they don't give trade ins on the cylinder and we would have to purchase a new cylinder. Both the new cylinder and website states they should give a 50% refund if we brought in the old cylinder. The manager working said well that's not how we do it."
"I’m going to have to give three stars due to the low amount of items they had for men. I feel like they need to expand more on the main section and provide more options. The kid section was very unorganized and messy. It looks like things were just thrown on shelves. Hopefully, when I visit back in the future, things will be a little bit better. It really look like a ghost town in here."
"First time in several years I have visited this Kohl's. I decided to revisit this one to see how much men's socks were available. There actually were five to ten different brands of athletic, casual and dress socks for men. I chose some Adidas three pack of black dress, compression quarter length socks for $16. There were many more socks to choose from here than at the J.C. Penneys nearby on Fairmont Parkway. Two stars is because they double charged my card and so I returned the socks the very next day in hopes they wont charge my card twice."
