"I recently had a pipe burst in my wall, Restoration 1 was recommended and quickly arrived same day. The Operations Manager Josh reviewed the process with me, and I was instantly more at ease, knowing my family was in good hands. The crew (Brenden, Austin & Trevor) worked tirelessly to get things cleaned up and dried out. They instantly began pulling up the floor, cleaned up all water, brought in huge fans to start drying everything, checked moisture levels each day, communicated what had been done each day, discussed next steps, and honored their time window each day. Recent cold snap in Chicago had made this crew extremely busy, but they never once faltered, complained and were nothing but professional all 5 days they were here. "It was great meeting and interacting with Brendan. He was very personable and did a great job checking both attics for any potential problems. Our home inspector found two bathrooms vented to the attic instead of out the roof and was concerned about the possibility of mold. Brendan checked the area and to our relief there were no issues. He also suggested questions to ask our roofer regarding attic ventilation. We were very happy with the service.
