"Needed new brakes all around on my 2018 KIA Soul. I called Jack (the owner) and he told me he had all the parts in stock and told me I could bring in the car the next Day. He also told me exactly how much it would cost which came in lower than another place that had given me an estimate by nearly $300.00. Brought the car in this afternoon. Jack told me the work could be completed today! They took my car in immediately and went to work. The waiting room was spacious and comfortable with two computers customers could use and a room with several working pinball machines (which were FREE). Was there maybe 3 hours and it didn't seem that long. The work was completed at the price that was quoted- no surprises. My experience at JAX was positive. Honesty and Integrity was what I saw. I will be a repeat customer in the future!"
