"I scheduled service and no one showed. I was not contacted at all to give any updates. When I called I was told " your outside your window" so they rescheduled me. I had no issue with this until they did not show on the rescheduled date. I called again and the date they had rescheduled me for was not the same date they had e-mailed me."

"I made an appointment for a tech to come to my property a week out suppose to be here from 1-5. Called to make sure I was on the schedule and was confirmed someone would be here between 1-5 it is 5:30 no phone call no nothing. I had to drive 1 hour and 40 minutes to get here. I Don’t recommend this company."

Parts:

"Have had the worst luck with technicians turn over and just plain not taking care of us as a customer finding out we have been paying for several years of service at the business when in turn now they want more money and tell us they were not charging us correctly and do not want to even discuss a credit for all the lack of their service and technicians performing a horrible job. Area manager Travis Pagel does not follow directions and just shows up unannounced. After asking him repeatedly to email me a proposal. Called his boss Harold Fodge the district manager he talked to me on the phone a couple of times but has never resolved the issues or even addressed them Never got back to me as he promised and then my boss called he did not return his call either. Highly recommend looking elsewhere for your pest needs unless you just want disappointment and lack of customer service with all the problems they just closed our account and recommended we went elsewhere after 15 years of being their customer because bottom line they were not getting enough money and some how that was our fault?."
