"So the place is very clean but they need to do better with the staff and the way they handle business. If you are going to put out of order signs on machines make sure it’s for the entire machine. I don’t care how much money I lost it should have been replaced with no questions asked I will not be returning back to this place the manager is so unprofessional and the worker that works there doesn’t know anything. I had to talk to the manager over a video call just for my problem not to be resolved."

"We've been coming for awhile to save for a new washer. It's really nice. Very clean. The attendants are friendly, helpful, and the washers are clean. Cheapest in town. Highly recommend if you need to wash large items as well!"

"Clean, updated, efficient machines with fast dryers. Small, medium, large, and extra large washers. All washers and dryers are cost efficient and reasonable. My only complaint is that the detergent holes are not clearly labeled on the larger washers. It clearly shows where the fabric softener goes, but on most of the larger machines it simply has 4 slots labeled "Wash 1", "wash 2", "liquid bleach", and "fabric softener." It is not clear where to place powder and where to place liquid detergent. The washers have normal, heavy, and ultra washers options with regular or delicate cycles. All have hot, warm, and cold choices. Again, overall reasonably priced and up to date. Restrooms locked after a certain time."

"It's always clean. You need an attendant later in the evening as the bathroom is always locked and no one here if the machines are not working properly. On 02/26/23 the large machine did not dispense the fabric softener so what I put it in just sat there. Loss of money for me and I spend 20-30 a week there."
