"Wow! Billy Hayes at the Carbondale Illinois Beltone is thoroughly equipped with knowledge and professionalism! I have mineres in both ears, hydrops, and otosclerosis. I have had stapes surgery in L & R ears as well. My hearing loss is mixed and severe. I have been to other hearing facilities. Thier little table top hearing test machine, combined with little knowledge of ear issues, was not for me! I didnt need a sales person. I needed an educated audiologist to fit me with hearing devices to regain hearing! Billy Hayes was educated on all my ear issues! He did an extensive hearing exam, explained everthing in-depth, and fitted me perfectly with hearing devices! The aftercare is just as important to him as well! I highly recommend Beltone!"
