"On November 10th, I'd say it was a bit chilly!"

"The water level was 2 inches below the skimmers, the water and pool bottom was filthy. I have lived n the Legends for 16 years and it is the worst I have seen it. The bathrooms were horribly filthy. I wonder where my HOA fees are going. I also heard the same comments from other homeowners. It is shameful"
