A worker came up to me and my sister telling her that she needed to put a towel on because her bottoms “can’t be in her crack” then when saying that was uncalled for she told us that she could’ve asked us to leave. I will also add that her bottoms were covering plenty. Commenting on someone’s clothes and using that language is completely inappropriate to say to a teenage girl just trying to have fun at the pool."
"It would be nice if someone there could answer the incoming calls. I'm new to the area but after living in a big city this just seems lazy. When the phone rings you are suppost to answer it."
"The pool is really nice and clean. They have decent concessions and decent pricing but they could work a bit on their kindness. Management is quite snippy and the lady in the concessions is rude when you ask questions like what color snocones do you have....."
"This place was absolutely horrible. My experience was awful. We only swam for maybe 20 minutes before they cleared us out for a "pool check" where they let the lifeguards goof off in the areas such as the high dive, where WE, THE PAYING CUSTOMERS, were denied entry. An unfortunate thunderstorm was reported and they offered us a "rain check". I asked for a refund and the lady at the entrance denied me. I told her I was never coming back and she still refused. I left by telling her the place was trash and she insulted me. This is quite possibly the worst experience in a public service area I have ever experienced. Do not waste your money here. It's $3 I'll never see again."
