"Was helped by D a very knowledgeable young lady, who answered my questions, fulfilled my needs, and gave me a history lesson on a Norfolk Pine, which I tried to be smart and tell her it was a Norwegian pine till she schooled me, lol y’all give these people some business and give her a raise!"

"I just got off the phone with somebody who works at this flower shop. I asked if they had any bouquets that were mostly blue and she responded in a snippy tone. “God does not make that many blue flowers”. Then I said “I’m sorry what?” She repeated what she said and I said “OK thank you” I then called back and actually expressed that the way she said that was snippy and then she told me “ Ma’am I don’t have time to talk to you” and hung up the phone on me. So I’m not sure if she was having a bad day but that’s the level of customer service I got. Then the owner responds to my review basically accusing me of lying saying. “WE also know that often, those who do not get the answer they want when they call or those who lack flower knowledge or do not understand pricing for artisan work will take their frustration out on a business in a public forum. “ Ma’am I did not make up anything and you are one of hundreds of flower shops in the area. I got my blue flowers on the same day from another business. Your staff was rude. You could have kept the response with the fist sentences “ Beverly's florist is a reputable florist and treats all their customers with respect. We will accept the feedback and strive to do better.” And used it as an opportunity to better your businesses but instead you try to accuse me of lying."

"I ordered flowers for my mother for her 91st birthday. I informed the florist that my mother may need assistance putting the flower arrangement on a table inside her home. They delivered a beautiful bouquet on the morning of her birthday, they placed the arrangement on a table inside her home, and even read the card to my mother. My mother was so very impressed and loved the extra service she received!! Beverly's Florist went above and beyond! My mother was very happy which makes me very happy! I highly recommend Beverly's Florist!!"

"I have never been so disappointed in a bouquet of flowers as I was with this bouquet. I ordered flowers for my daughter who is very sick in the hospital and requested her favorite colors - bright pink, yellow, and orange. Unfortunately, this photo shows what she received. Not only were the colors not correct, this bouquet looks like it was thrown together on the ride to the hospital to deliver it. I do not recommend this florist to be trusted to provide flowers for any occasion, especially someone in need of cheering up.(Deserves 0 stars)"
