"Very unprofessional, I ordered chocolate and fresh strawberries, they gave me a confetti basket.The strawberries were old and sour to the point they couldn't be picked up by the sticks. I called to get it fixed which i wasn't able too till the next day and they were closed. so i called the manager back and he laughed in my face after i asked to refund it instead. -/10 would never recommend"
"I chose this location simply because of the reviews of the other locations in the area. This location has a really great staff. I had an issue with an item that was delivered and it was quickly resolved. Everything was delivered so neatly and beautiful. I did not get the name of the lady who resolved my issue with the cheese i ordered but she was so great! I highly recommend this location :-)"
"I just wanted to give a great review of the Owner Tarik of Edibles on Matlock In Arlington Texas. I called one hour before closing and he got my delivery out to my sick granddaughter who is also allergic to strawberries and added extra pineapples and melons instead for a beautiful arrangement that my granddaughter said was so sweet and so tasty and their arrangement was beautiful. They had it delivered to her within an hour. Great Service!!!!!! Will definitely be ordering again. Donna"
