"I went there today!!! The lady was on the phone never acknowledge me. I kept looking around she never said anything. Then a guy came from the back she never ask him to help me. Bad customer service I would never recommend anyone to come here. What has happen to good customer service. Just a simple nod would have went a long way. "Wife never received her flowers on her birthday, the Keller manager was never helpful or even apologized. One of the rudest people I’ve dealt with, it’s like they don’t want business, my wife had to come back to her job to receive only half of what I ordered. They refused to give a full refund back and never even apologized."
"We needed an arrangement for a gift, visited the Keller store at 2:00 pm and it was closed. I called 2 different numbers and none of those gave us an appropriate response on why it was closed if the online schedule say they close at 6:00 pm."
