"I called Splash Time Pool company to winterize my pool. They sent two teenagers to winterize my pool. I had also asked them for a quote on automatic pool cover. A week later I follow up via email on the pool cover quote. Angie, tells me they are waiting on the pool cover company to provide them with a quote. It's getting late in the season I decided I’d call a different pool company for a quote. They tell me that the filter, plugs on my pressure gauge, and air purge should not of been left out of the winterization. I email Splash time to inform them. I have cut and paste Angie's response to me. “I heard you had another pool company come out for a quote on the cover so I will let our cover company know not to come out and do a formal measure.”  To which I responded “Please don’t do that, as a consumer I have the right to get 3 quotes. “ Here is The next e-mail I received again I will cut and paste Angie's response “I already told you we were not quoting the cover for you.” This company was very unprofessional and my pool equipment was not properly winterized."
