The day of the pick up I was running late past the closing time. I called and informed him that I was on my way and he was so cool about it. "Steve is great! I was in for a funeral the next day. I called around and first place that was closer i called first and explained i needed it within 12 hrs not a day. Lady told me come quick and maybe she could do my suit, also needed to look at it. So i get there, and behind one costumers, standing talking to her and the up front lady. Waited patiently for 20 minutes while she looked for the other customer stuff. Finally i asked the first customer if i may hang my suit up. The front lady immediately says sorry I already started a load of dark stuff and would not be doing it at all. Why didn’t she say that a half hour ago. Thinking I wasted 40 minutes and thinking the hr service is the thing of the past. I now called Steve here and explained my situation and and what just happened to me. He said come on in I will help. I was there a 9 he said can you be here by 4pm, I said yes. They were ready as advertised. I was so happy. Perfectly done. Will go back for sure when i come back for wedding or what ever."
