"Martin showed up on time according to our appointment, calling me 30 mins out to keep me posted. He had a look at what I wanted cleaned, documented everything on an invoice, and quoted me a price. He didn't try to upsell me, only told me what services he offers and let me choose.The stairs I had cleaned look great, and were dry in the time he told me. He also took a large area rug that was rolled up in the garage, had it shampooed and dried, and returned it to me on the day promised. Even carried it into the house, moved furniture, and placed it wherever I wanted it. No complaining when I changed my mind a few times, like my husband. Martin and his team are neat in appearance, respectful and wear shoe covers in the house without being asked. They are also very nice gentlemen who put you at ease if you are a lone female. I highly recommend Martin's company."
