"I will NEVER order from this sorry excuse of a floral shop again. I ordered a modern elegance arrangement for my moms birthday and got a completely different arrangement that was no where near worth what i paid. James the owner decided to call my phone this morning requesting a picture of the arrangement I received. When i kept asking when the correct arrangement would be delivered, he insisted on telling me he needed a picture to determine if he would redeliver. I told him that the arrangement i paid for was suppose to be redelivered this morning since i had already paid for it and had to pay again per my conversation yesterday with the company that sent him the order in order to have the right one sent. I said i could provide a picture of what i ordered vs what i got and he refused. This is a prime example of bad business and he needs to get it together before he even thinks of himself as a business man. The one star is only because you can’t give zero stars."

THE MAN SAID HE CALLED WHILE AT MY GATE BUT I HAVE NO RECORD OF THE CALL ON MY PHONE! THIS MAN WAS ARGUMENTATIVE WITH ME WHILE I WAS SPEAKING TO HIM ABOUT THESE PROBLEMS. APPARENTLY "HE WAS RIGHT" AND I WAS WRONG! POOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS"
