"DO NOT ORDER DROM THIS PLACE. These people gave my mother a $5 ferrero rocher box of chocolates when I placed an order for a $20 box of assorted variety chocolates. On top of that delivery was not made until I called to remind them. And the flowers I ordered 2 days in advanced were not available. Extremely unprofessional and incompetent people."

"I called Wednesday morning attempting to order flowers and after a while someone finally answer the phone. The lady was cordial at first. But when I tried calling back so I could confirm if they had certain type of flower in stock she did not answer anymore. I called back several times and all those times they started purposely hanging up my calls. I got frustrated and went with another shop. I came to leave a review and noticed they have a lot of bad reviews so it's kinda of a good thing they didn't answer! But it's all good at the end the day my gorda got a beautiful arrangement of flowers, a stuffed teddy bear and a personalised card from Velvets flower shop in San juan. :) If I could give advice to the owners of Tania's flower shop I would tell them to answer the phone and appreciate your paying customers."

"I ordered flowers for my mom and mother-in-law from here for Mother's Day. I paid about $80 for 1 arrangement and $70 for the other plus delivery fees. The arrangements were small and the flowers in the arrangements were already fully bloomed and looked very wilty. They looked nothing like the pictures on their website. I am extremely sad and disappointed that I forked over that much money for these arrangements. I feel robbed."

"I live in Idaho and chose this location based on it’s reviews to surprise my Sister for her Birthday, but I was very disappointed. The arrangement did not match the picture on website, the balloon had deflated, and on top of that it was delivered over an hour late. I feel I should have received the service adequate to what I was charged for. I hope they improve their service for future customers. I did call them and voice my complaint."
