"Was getting my dad’s house cleaned and a snag/issue with a schedule for another company (I scheduled on line and it was a double booking - they had to canceled) I found out about the canceling on Saturday for a Monday cleaning! After calling several companies that were supposedly open on Sat (they weren’t) I called 24/7 and spoke with a real person- OMG thank you 24/7 carpet- not only were you able to do a last minute carpet cleaning job but they did a fantastic job! We had stairs/couple of rooms and an area rug cleaned. The two carpets were very badly stained and we didn’t think the stains would come out…after a lot of hard work by the gentleman-a miracle… they were perfect- just like new! Any interaction w/ company was very professional- they were later than their scheduled time but my gosh well worth it! 2 of my dad’s neighbors asked for reference because of the great job they did (one was a cream colored rug!!!).
