"Relax Quincy Spas has been excellent to work with throughout the entire process of preparing to get a hot tub right through the installation. While shopping for just the right one, Ryan answered all of my questions and helped me understand exactly what I would be getting and how it would work. During the installation, Brant once again answered all of my questions and explained everything in detail to help me understand what was needed for a smooth start-up. He assured me he would be available if I had any further questions afterwards. The wait for a special cover I ordered was the toughest part of the whole transaction. Many thanks to Ryan and Brant for a great experience from start to finish."

"We ordered our Viking hot tub and even with the shut down (which caused many delays) we are getting our tub delivered next week. Gave us time for our patio and running the electric. They give you the box and once it's hooked up, they deliver, set up, fill it and make sure everything works. Ryan has done everything he said he would. This is a reputable business ! Took around 3 1/2 months."
