"Hours are good. I went there bc it doesn't feel so cramped and bc it isn't as popular sometimes there aren't as many people. However all the broken or moody appliances aren't clearly marked so money is always lost and management doesn't encourage comments or staff to talk to about problems. If a broom was left out or cleaning supplies I'd clean while I was there. Sometimes I bring my own. The number of laundry carts are helpful."

"Many out of order machines. Dirty floors, tables and bathroom still out of order, 2 years later. Posted amounts different than what the machine required, or not posted at all. Had machines take money and not work. No phone#. Blah! Glad we are only here for a week. Sad!"

"I like the fact that it's open 24/7 cuz I like doing my laundry when nobody's there.... washers could be updated but the dryers are the best....BUT, as usual the place is filthy! I make sure to go to the bathroom before I go cuz it's nasty and it's been like that for many years... and most people that go there don't clean up after themselves cuz they're used to it being dirty...I always wipe down the tables before I put my clean clothes on them... they should really have somebody monitor the place at night and try to keep it clean...I know a lot of people that refuse to go there because of how dirty it is... that's why I give a low rating....the only good thing about the place is the dryers and the hours they're open..."
