"I've lived in Wilton for over a decade and I've slowly watched this place decrease in value over the years. There was a time when it was fairly priced had a vending machine for drinks and you had vending for laundry products. Now you pay $4+ for one load! They have only one high capacity machine that costs $7 a load (although it was broken when I went there last) there is no vending machine (it was often empty or broken anyway, I guess) no detergent vending, no public restrooms, no wifi and the place is terribly maintained. When I went there last the windows were covered in spider webs, the floors were filthy and the floor around the trashcan was caked in old food splotches! How often is this place cleaned? When you are pulling your clothes out of a washer and something accidentally falls on the floor you kinda get the urge to wash it again before uses.They have one basic top loading washer but even it costs $3 to use. Long story short the place just isn't worth the money they charge you to use their mediocre and poorly maintained machines even aside from the obvious lack cleaning. Their local compilation in muscatine beats them in all categories."
"Filthy machines covered in mold. Freezing interior. No vending for washing products. Machine took $2.50 then wouldn't take more quarters or start. $4.00 per wash is ridiculous. Haven't had to use a laundromat since the 80s & will be going elsewhere until my new set is delivered! 1 ⭐️ is Generous"

"It's a great place to wash laundry. Just wish the owner pay more attention to fixing and maintaining the machines more, like sanitizing the front loaders. I still give it five stars for being the facility there."
"Over half of the washers don’t work. The ones that do seem priced high considering other laundry places I’ve been to. For this to be the only laundry place in town this is sorry to say the least."
