"I used Shademaster out of the Davenport to plant four trees last fall. They were excellent. This year I decided to shop local and purchase four trees from Kellor & Kellor and had them install all four trees. First, they made a mess and didn't bother to clean up all the dirt clods around the worksite. Then the root ball dislodged on two of the trees and they began to lean. Took a week and half for them to call back; then they wanted to charge extra for staking. Between the lack of clean up, slow response, and the extra charge for staking, I am not willing to use them again. For my next few trees I will use Shademaster again. Oh, and I paid the same for installation, so don't think Shademaster charged more."
