"A lot of equipment is and has been out of order for months. I've been here since February for my job. Some washers don't fully spin out clothes, and a lot of the dryers don't heat up to high temp. You would think ownership would have a little initiative to get their equipment up and running to full capacity. I've noticed a lot of businesses in this town are like that. No pride at all in their business!"
