"I was near this store due to my job. OMG! This place is a disaster! I ordered yarn online for pickup, the site stated there were 4 skeins available, I ordered two. After waiting approximately 4 hours, I ended up going to the store to see if the yarn was available. The cancellation notice was sent as I was walking into the store. I decided to go look for the yarn myself. This store was the messiest, disorganized place I have ever been in! There was freight and stuff everywhere! Yarn was in 4 - 5 different places, in boxes, in shelves, you name it! It was also dirty and there wasn't anyone available to help. I usually shop Joann's by my house, The Woodlands, and have been to several others and they are clean and organized. I also have been to this store several years ago and it wasn't like this at all. Will not go again unless it is the last resort!"
"The cashier Samuel was so helpful!! He was doing 10 things at once, helping every customer on his way to check out line, he was very personable and helpful and he was so easy to talk to and joke with. Amazing staff!! Give that man a raise!!!"
