"The staff was very helpful as usual. As a guy, it’s hard shopping in a store like this. I would have given them five stars, and they accepted checks. Not all your customers are criminals. The cashier originally told me they did accept checks only be told later after I wrote the check, they did not. Oh well. Merry Christmas."

"Becca, one of their employees, laughted into my face when I was asked to provide the order number. She told me that she has 80 other orders pending and that I should go home and wait for the order to be ready for pick up. I placed the order at 10.55 AM and this incident happened at 4 PM. The lady refused to help me, although I asked her to cancel my order and as I am in the store, I would pick it up myself.. I felt terribly disrespected as a customer and I hope Bath &Body Works will take the time and coach Becca. ...with her current attitude she is not a good fit for customer facing roles."

"I was actually very impressed with this location especially its addition of the “white barn”. This store was one of the most spacious bath and body works i’ve seen actually, the interior design was beautiful as always, although there service wasn’t too great, i lowkey feel like the manager liked to boss people around, she was like talking on the coms it was funny anyways, i enjoyed it and was glad they had a lot of coupons to offer here!"

"Gorgeous, large store with a large collection of all they offer. 3 tables, stacked 2 high of 50% off items with a huge selection as well. Friendly, helpful staff, outstanding prices and sales as well. Highly recommend!"
