"Fantastic customer service. There were 2 employees and both were super attentive and helpful. We were getting my 5 year old daughter’s ears pierced. The employees were awesome. This would’ve been 5-stars but the music was way too loud. Not sure who is in charge of that but I’d probably choose a different retail store until the music is lowered. Again. Great service though."
"They have a sign that buy 3 get 3 free, but wouldn't give me the offer because they were clearance. The sign says everything in the store."

"Super helpful, friendly staff. The girl who wears a lot of orange and rainbowy clothing is always so nice and helpful. She really seems to care about kids and making sure they're comfortable when doing piercings. I recommended my friend bring her daughter along to have her ears pierced here, they really helped her not feel discouraged."
