"DO NOT use the alterations lady! I took a pair of pants to her to hem on a Wednesday. She assured me they would be ready that Monday After 5:00 p.m. Get there and they cannot locate the pants. After looking over 15 minutes she emerges say, "oh...my machine broke." Not only that, they were in a bag with other garments that were deep dark colors which could have faded on my white pants. I asked why she didn't call me and say the machine was broken and I could have taken them some place else. She just stands there saying..."oh..." Give me 15 minutes I can do them by hand. I told her no, I could do them by hand. She's absolutely TERRIBLE!!!!"

"Not quite sure if my clothes got washed or not. I brought brand new clothes in to be washed and pressed, but I noticed that after I picked up my pants that I still had an undamaged price tag still in my pocket. Hmmmm"

"Great and fast same day service. And I you cannot beat the prices! I drive across town to bring my clothes here, which costs about half the price compared to places down the road from me."

"I was so thankful she was able to do a small alteration for a rush fee for me. Once I was packing the dress for a flight- within an hour- I saw the dress was ripped and pinned with safety pins!!! No one said anything at pick up. I had to catch my flight with nothing to do. I called asking what happened. The employee said the owner left and he was too busy to give her a call to see what happened! I will be disputing the fee within a few days if I don't receive a call back. I do not recommend for alterations. Be cautious. It is absolutely hot in there as well. Not safe for those working or visiting."

"We needed dress pants pressed for work on 2 different visits. They have great prices, quick turn around and are always pleasant. I prefer them over Pilgrims any day."
