"Makes me sad to have to give a low rating but the beautiful flowers I received (they were delivered to my home) were ruined. The delivery person just left them outside my door, if my husband hadn't text me I wouldn't have known they were there. I got them right away as soon as he texted me. I bought them inside and noticed they were leaking. I then set them down and a puddle formed. Checked the vase and it was cracked. Asked the shop how it could be remedied but was denied. Horrible customer service when dealing with a customer complaint."
"I’m from out of town and I wanted to find a place that would be able to deliver flowers to my mom on her birthday. Generally what you see on a web site is a bit different than what you really get. However after searching google and seeing their reviews, I decided to go with Your Thoughts Floral Designs and I have to say that I am impressed! They were able to deliver on the day I requested and to top it off the flowers look just about the same as what I saw on their site. I will definitely use them again!"
