"Wonderful florist flowers for my older mother in law. I live far away from El Paso and the lady that handled my call was very helpful. I ordered a hydrangeas bouquet they made suggestions and added irises to make it more colorful. They have an attention and caring attitude and caring attitude since it was for an older lady. needless to say they had the order out in two hours and called me to confirm the order was hand delivered to my mother in law. My mother in law called me and said the flowers were stunning and the delivery girl very friendly. The florist are great, I am thankful for their patience and caring attitude, since my mother in law is hard of hearing, and the delivery person waited and waited until the door was opened."
"My husband purchased flowers for me and they were completely dead in 4 days. I went in to the store and took the flowers with me, to show the florist the condition of them. They denied the flowers came from their shop and told me there was nothing they could do about them, and tried to blame me as if I must have done something to them! They actually suggested I not get flowers from them again... they definitely don't have to worry about that! It is a shame this shop is right outside the Ft. Bliss military instillation.... our service members deserve better product and customer service! After the way I was treated when I went back in, I don't know which was worse.... the product or the customer service!"
