"I should have paid more attention to the last review(which was a year ago). I placed an online order for a floral arrangement one day before delivery. It was to be delivered the next morning. I called in around noon on what was supposed to be the delivery date only to be told that they had my order but was tied up in their system. They said they could make the arrangement and deliver it in an hour but they didn't have certain flowers that went along with that arrangement which happened to be my wife's favorite. A total mess!!!!! Upset and disappointed, I cancelled the order."
"I placed an order for delivery on September 2nd, to be delivered on the 3rd online. I contacted the florist on the 7th and I was told that the order was canceled due to 5 events they had and could not fulfill orders. I never received an email or anything regarding canceling my order. I was told that I wasn’t charged to check my bank account. When I did I noticed I was charged on the 7th???? This is crazy, no flowers, canceled order without notice, and being charged for nothing!!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FLORIST DUE TO TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!"
"I am a florist in the DFW area, and one of my clients lost a family member and was holding the service in El Paso. I was not able to attend the service or create florals myself, so I reached out to Grace Gardens to help create a floral tribute on our behalf. My client reached out to us during the visitation to share a photo and express how beautiful the piece was.
