"Our family has been using this tax company for many years and were very happy. However, in 2016 they missed one of the W-2s we submitted with our tax papers. This resulted in hundreds of dollars in penalties aside from the thousands in taxes we owed a few years unexpectedly later after the IRS found the mistake. I understand that mistakes happen, however, when we contacted them about the mistake, they made they essentially said what do you want us to do about it. Still probably better than H&R block, but they burned us."
