"Today was my first time ever filing my taxes through Jackson Hewitt. I'm happy to say that it won't be my last. I had the pleasure of working with Ruth Hollan today. I went in expecting bad news on my return so I can honestly say that I wasn't too cheerful to be there. However, working with Ruth was a pleasure. She's very informative and radiated a positive energy throughout the experience. Things I had no idea about, she would simply make it her business to inform me. Right before we move on to the next step she would ask "would you like to know more about" or "feel free to stop me at any point in the middle of my explanations to explain in further details about" and I love it!
